At Albany Baptist we realize that food is a good way to minister to people in need and to minister to those who provide service to the church. Two ministries are in place to help us feed the body as well as the spirit.

Wednesday Evening Family Suppers was specifically designed to meet the needs of those serving in ministry on Wednesday. The modest cost is $3.50 per person or $14 per family of four. The menu is announced on line and in the bulletin each week. Those wishing to participate must sign up and pay by the end of services on Sunday. You may also contact the church office no later than noon on Monday. Although this ministry was developed primarily to serve members of Albany Baptist, the community is welcome to attend. Meals for members falls under the umbrella of the Adult Sunday School class. This ministry provides meals to families as needed due to the birth of a baby, sickness, death or other tragedy. Members in need of meals should contact their Sunday School class Care Coordinator who will provide additional information in order to arrange a needed meal.
